Terms and Conditions
1. Santa's Magical Wonderland is a ticketed event at the Sky Tower, Auckland ("Santa's Wonderland"). Santa's Wonderland will be open from 14 November 2025 until 24 December 2025, between the hours of 9.30am and 9pm.
Bookings
2. Bookings for Santa's Wonderland are limited. Bookings must be made online at Christmas.SkyCity.co.nz
3. Bookings comprise a visit to Santa's Magical Wonderland forest and a photo opportunity with Santa. Bookings will be allocated in 15 minute time-slots. SkyCity cannot guarantee that visitors will be allowed entry if they arrive after their allocated booking time.
Ticket Prices
4. Ticket prices for Santa's Magical Wonderland are as follows:
Ticket - Price
One child and up to two adults - $35
Additional child - $25
Additional adult - $15
Two adults (without children) - $35
5. A credit card and contactless payment surcharge of 1.8% will apply.
6. Children must be aged between 0 and 14 years. At least one adult must be part of the booking group. A maximum of six persons are allowed per booking group. A minimum of either (a) one child and one adult or (a) two adults (aged 15 plus) is required per booking group.
Photos and Festive Gift
7. Each child visiting Santa's Magical Wonderland will receive one printed and one digital photo with Santa and one festive bauble to take home. The printed photo and bauble must be collected at the time of the visit.
8. For groups comprising adults only, the group will receive one printed and one digital photo with Santa and one festive bauble to take home. The printed photo and bauble must be collected at the time of the visit.
9. Digital photos can be downloaded via the unique QR code provided on the day and will be available for 60 days from the booking date.
10. Adult tickets are for admission to Santa's Wonderland only and do not include any photos or festive bauble. Adults can participate in the photo with their accompanying children.
11. Additional printed or digital versions of photos will be available for purchase at the photo station.
12. Visitors may take their own photos or videos while at Santa's Wonderland.
Cancellations and Changes to Bookings
13. All cancellations and changes to bookings must be made online at Christmas.SkyCity.co.nz.
14. A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Sky Tower Admission
15. When purchasing tickets to Santa's Wonderland, visitors can purchase admission tickets to visit the Sky Tower at the following special price:
Per Child (aged 3 to 14) (under threes are free) - $15
Per Adult - $35
16. All children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
17. Sky Tower tickets purchased in conjunction with Santa's Wonderland:
(a) must be purchased at the time of booking Santa's Wonderland;
(b) must be used on the day of the visit to Santa's Wonderland; and
(c) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered in any way.
General
18. Purchase of tickets to Santa's Wonderland implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. Personal information provided in connection with Santa's Wonderland will be held in accordance with SkyCity's Privacy Policy (http://www.skycity.co.nz/privacy-policy). Visitors have the right to access and correct their personal information.
20. To the extent permitted by law SkyCity reserves the right to make changes to Santa's Wonderland, including dates and times of operation, and to replace any festive gifts with items of approximate value or alter any of these terms and conditions without notice.
21. To the extent permitted by law, neither SkyCity nor any other person or party associated with Santa's Wonderland will be liable to any person for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person attending Santa's Wonderland.

Bookable dates are 15 Nov until 24 Dec. All dates will be going on sale at the same time. There are no holds or extra releases.
Please allow up to 40mins for the experience. Please arrive in plenty of time to park and arrive at the experience check-in at Sky Tower ticketing on P3.
The first child and up to two adults is $35. Each child is an additional $25. Each additional adult is $15. Sky Tower upgrade is a flat rate of $35 per adult and $15 per child.
Yes you can, purchase the ‘one child and up to two adult’ ticket for $35 and one printed and digital photo, plus a bauble will be included.
We request that prams/buggies/strollers are left in the car or at home, due to the nature and capacities of the areas that the experience is in.
Yes. Please use the wheelchair access on level P3 of the SkyCity car park and enter via the accessible access here. Exit the lift lobby and enter the accessible entrance here.
Car parking is available at the SkyCity car park. Please park ‘Atrium’ end of the car park, proceed to atrium, take the escalator down to the Sky Tower entrance on P3. A parking offer will soon be announced.
Yes. Each attendee needs a ticket. Each child ticket includes a bauble and photo.
There are no discounts available for this experience.
Yes, these will be available at the exit of the experience for you to purchase additional or alternate prints.

Yes, if each person is allocated for in the booking and the maximum capacity does not exceed 6 guests. This includes infants/children.
The maximum number of guests is 6 per booking. We are unable to accommodate larger groups due to the capacities of photo rooms. You are welcome to book adjacent times for your group, but the maximum capacities for each room must be strictly adhered to.
No. The price is as stated whether you choose to take the inclusions or not.
In two areas of the Sky Tower. Lifts are used between locations. There is no Sky Tower view included, unless you upgrade and add Sky Tower admission to your booking.
Yes, there is an upgrade offer when you book Santa’s Magical Wonderland to include Sky Tower admission. This is at a discounted rate. This upgrade is only available when booking the Santa’s Magical Wonderland. The wonderland cannot be added to the Sky Tower admission.
If you upgraded to add the Sky Tower you will get a wristband when you check-in for Santa experience. These are valid for the same day as your Santa experience only. If there is a queue for the Sky Tower admission you will be able to proceed to the front of the queue.
No, as Santa can only be in one place at a time, there are no other photo opportunities with Santa at SkyCity.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. Assistance dogs are permitted.
